Please note that there is a $150 non-refundable waitlist fee for all of our enrolments.
- Full fee payment is required prior to application of the waitlist.
- Once payment of the waitlist fee is completed a link on the receipt is shown to the school waitlist application form platform "SmartCentral". If you cannot find the link or have lost your receipt please contact the school via email - [email protected]
Once we have received your completed waitlist enrolment form, we will be in touch with you to notify you of available spaces.

- Medicare number
- Private health care details (if applicable)
- Doctor, dentist and emergency contact details
- Medical, health and dietary conditions or needs
- CRN (Customer Reference Number) – it's provided by Centrelink –check your myGov account for details on how to apply if you don't have one
- Copy of your child's immunisation record (usually found in your health book – Purple Book in WA
- Parent/Guardian contact details (including home address, phone number, email address)
- CRN of the linked parent to access your government childcare support entitlements – this must be approved by Centrelink before enrolling
